How do I copy the Entire (secondary) Calendar contents in OUTLOOK

I hosed over OUTLOOK and have finally recovered most of it. However, I now
have 2 Calendars - a main Calendar that has nothing in it, and a Calendar(1)
that has all of my old calendar entries.

How can I SELECT the entire contents of Calendar(1) and COPY/MOVE all the
items to the Main Calendar?

- Change your view to BY CATEGORY
- Select the EDIT menu
- Select SELECT ALL
- Select the EDIT menu again
- Select COPY TO FOLDER...
