How do I copy the mail I send to a network folder?

Hi

I need help creating a VBA module, can anyone suggest me
where to start?

This is the problem I need to solve in Outlook 2002

When I send a mail, I would like a prompt to appear,
which prompts me for a folder (I'll just type the path).
It should then place a copy of my mail in the folder.

Normally in Office, I can use the macro-recorder to get
started but it does not exist in Outlook, so any advice
will be appriciated.
