How do I correct a partial installation of Business Contact Manag.

My installation of Business Contact Manager on a P3 667 with 384 MB of ram
that is running WXP with SP2 failed. The PC is also running Norton Internet
Security 2005, and Microsoft Anti-Spyware. Consequently, Outlook 2003 does
not run, the repair and the removal operations have failed several times. How
can I correct this situation?
