how do i correct a script error?

i cannot printanything from the internet. everytime i try an internet
explorer script error pops up and it says an error has occured in this script
on this page
line:228
char:1
error:automation server can't create object
code:0
url: res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg

i got another one that said
line:227
error:the specified module could not be found
Can anyone help me?

Hi,

We had the same problem with outlook 2000 displaying html emails, on a
windows 2000 sp4 build with IE 5.5 sp2 the following worked

Delete registry key
hkey_current_user, software, microsoft, internet explorer, page setup,
printer
This is Automatically recreated when IE is opened next time.
