how do I correct an error in "outbox"? Error 0X80042109?

I keep getting an error 0X80042109 in my outbox. How do I correct this error?

Are you connecting to your ISP on your ISP's own network? By that I mean,
if you're using a RoadRunner e-mail account are you using RoadRunner to
connect to the Internet presently?

What version of Outlook are you using?
