How do I correct formatting issues with Dynamic Web Templates?

I'm having formatting issues in creating a Dynamic Web Template for my
website. I have created a template from scratch, using layers with inserted
text and pics, assigned all the editable regions and have exactly what I
want. I looks great in preview mode and also in a browser. HOWEVER, after I
save it as a .dwt file, skip to one of my blank pages to apply the Dynamic
Web Template, there are layers that have moved around the page and it looks
like a mess. If I've saved the template and it looks completely fine, what
am I missing? Obviously if the .dwt file doesn't load right on my page, I
can't use it, since I can only move the editable region... Plus, that kind of
defeats the purpose of the template, if I have to move stuff around on every
page anyway. I haven't played with any code, and there is no formatting on
the blank page that I insert the .dwt. Any suggestions?

How did you position and/or size these layers? Was it absolute positioning
(specifix x-y coordinates) or relative?

Also, please post the URL or one or more problem pages.
