How do I correct Outlook send/receive error 0x8004010F

Just recently when I try to download webmail to my Outlook 2003 by hitting
send/receive I am getting the "error 0x800401F Operation could not be
completed. An Object could not be found." How can I correct this problem?
This problem never occurred before I changed ISP's. I now have Time Warner
Road Runner cable connection and I also switched to a Blackberry from a Palm
that I synchoronize with my Outlook.
