How do i create 3 columns

Can i create 3 Columns in one note, like i would be able to on regular paper
by drawing to lines down the length of the paper or like i can in a word
document?

You can use Tabs to do that, though it's a little primitive.

If you're just inking you can do it the same way you do it on paper -- draw
two vertical lines and write in the columns.
