How do I create a 1/2 page certificate template

Using MS Office Teacher Student version 2003. Need 5 1/2" X 8 1/2 "
Certificate Template with blank corners so I can insert a small logo in the
corners. It's a certificate for each cast member of The Music Man theatrical
production (community theater).

Set up your page to the size you need it, add your graphics and text. Are
you going to print them on half-sheets or two to a full page?
