how do I create a "BACK TO TOP" button in Word document?

I have a 30 page document and I would like to add a button to every other
page that, when pressed it will send the cursor to the Table of Contents
again or the top of the document.

Hi dmeyer:

What I do is to place a bookmark near the top of the TOC then place a
hyperlink on your form that points to said bookmark.
