How do I create a backup file of my Office 2000 Shortcut Bar settings?

Hello all,

I was wondering if there is an easy way to create a backup of my OSB
2000 settings that I can store somewhere local so I can use it to
restore it on a fresh install.

I see the directory there and some shortcuts but I have a lot of
document shortcuts on my OSB and program shortcuts. How can I create
a backup of those?
I am using Office 2000 and Windows 2000.
