Irrespective of the platform you'll use, you first create a Problem
Statement and a Product Specification and possibly a Functional
Specification.
When you have gotten that far and quit a bit further along, you might
post back with specific technical issues that have you stumped that
have to do with Access. One issue per post please. Before posting
again, I suggest that you read at least one book on getting started
with Access and that you do the exercises in the book.
