How do I create a button to format text to a certain style?

I work with a lot of different font styles that I copy and paste from
different web pages into email messages. Using Rich Text or HTML, these
styles get carried through when I paste information into email messages. I'd
love to be able to select all the text that is in the message and just click
one button to format it all back to one style, say Arial 10 Normal. Can I
create a button or Macro to do this? I know about using the Styles and
Formatting drop-down or Task Pane, but a button would really be a lot easier.

Tools | Customize. On the Commands tab, scroll down to the Styles category,
select your desired style, and drag it to a toolbar. All style buttons are
text only unless you create or assign a button image.
