Word is really not the best application for this, but if you must attempt
it, a table, as Mary suggests, may be the simplest approach.

What program to you suggest i use to create a collage of images for printing,
i am trying to use say 5 logos and do a repeat collage on A4 paper for
printing?

If you're doing *anything* with images your best bet is to use a program
designed for the purpose, such as Photoshop Elements or any of may others -
but definitely *not* a word processor
It's also quite possible that a DeskTop Publishing program (such as MS
Publisher among many others) would be suitable if the images are already
produced to the correct print size & resolution.
Which program to use depends on the nature of the images, exactly what you
need to do with them as well as what software is available/attainable.
