how do i create a college portfolio

Hi, I am attending a part time course and would love some advice on how to go
about creating an instructional portfolio. I have to show how I made said
item, what I used etc. Some general advice on layout is appreciated as I have
many of these to make.

We don't help with content of Word docs and I have a feeling that layout is
going to be up to you. Start with a piece of paper and pencil. Sketch out
what you think you want to show and then do it.
