How do I create a critical path in MS Project?

I'm trying to create a critical path in my project and can't remember how
it's done. Can anyone remind me please/

You don't "create" a critical path, in Project, you let Project
"compute" it for you.

Perhaps you mean you want to see the computed critical path displayed
prominently on the Gantt Chart? If this is the question, then easiest
way is to use the Gantt Chart Wizard on the Format menu and pick the
relevant option.
