How do I create a distribution list automatically from the busine.

How do I create an automatic distribution list from either a company
selection or by setting up contacts using categories in business contact
manager to send email to say 25 contacts in the same company or the same
category? I am used to Act and tagging for a group.

Highlight the business contacts you wish to email and use the mail merge
funtion and then merge to email.
