how do I create a document with fill in the blank fields

Hi there, I am new to this site and am a novice on the Word application. I
hope someone can help me.

How can I create two document/training manuals with fill in the blank
fields: One for my students without the answers and another document with the
answers to each of the field?

Once I have created this document/training manual, will it be easy to
convert this into a Powerpoint presentation for traing purposes.
