how do I create a drop down lists in access?

I'm designing a database but I cant figure out how to work the drop down
list!!! How do I design on?!?!? Please help!!

Add a combo box to a form. You find the combo box in the tool box when in
the design view of a form.

Make sure the toolbox wizard is enabled (magic wand) before you drop the
ComboBox onto your form and the wizard will take you through the options.
