how do i create a fly-out menu in frontpage?

I am trying to create a navigation bar that would have some of the buttons
drop down and have a submenu beneath them with more links on it. I have a
limited space on my web page for navigation for a string of link bars. I am
a beginner at web design/creation, so keep your advice simple please. Thanks
so much.
