How do I create a keyboard shortcut to a symbol in Microsoft One.

Can and if so how can I create a keyboard shortcut to insert a symbol in
Microsoft One Note?

options and add a shortcut for it.

I can't "paste" anything (symbol, character,etc) into Auto
Correct...suggestions? (I need to be able to insert arrows quickly...using
alt + takes too much time for my purposes).
