How do I create a label in Word 2007?

I can create mailing labels in Word 2007, but let's say I want a label to
read "Keep Off" and I need it to populate in all the labels on the sheet. Is
there an easy way to populate without having to cut & past into each label????

Thanks

Assuming you literally need a sheet with exactly the same text in each
label, use Word|Mailings|Labels, select the Labels tab, select the "Full
page of the same label" option, select the label type, type your text and
you should get what you want. You should not need to do a "Mail Merge".

I do literally need a sheet with exactly the same text, but I am not able to
print preview before I actually print the labels. Any way to do this????

You do have to create the document (click the New Document button at the
bottom of the dialog) to preview it, which may be enough unless you need to
make layout changes that you can't do by selecting the entire document and
applying the necessary formats.
