This question could also be asked in Word, I suppose. I want to create a
label to put on about 20 different storage boxes for letter size file
folders. I tried to do this without success and read HELP on MS Word 2003, MS
Office 2003 and on Avery labels software that includes Avery formatting for
#6462. The Avery instructions were even more obscure than the Microsoft
instructions and Help files.
Specifically, I have about 20 storage boxes for different types of records.
I purchased the Avery labels 6462 since that was the only one I found that
would meet my needs.
I want to create a simple label with the some of the same text and graphics
to print on EVERY label. Every label should always have the same formatting
so that I can move, on screen, from one label to the next, and have all the
common formating on the every label. This particular label is 3.33 high and
4" across. There are two labels across and three labels down, for a total of
six on each page.
I want to make at least 20 and probably more labels like that explained above.
Not being able to do this is holding up a high priority project that I am
trying to catch up on, and am falling further and further behind.
