How do I create a link to an InfoPath form?

I've got an InfoPath form on a Sharepoint site. I want to create a link to
create a new file without having everyone see all the other responses on the
site.
Is there a path to the "New" command that I could post on the home page that
would open the form?

The template file is in the document library in a hidden folder called forms.

So http://server/site/documentlibrary/forms/template.xsn
