How do I create a list box in Outlook - design a form

I am a beginner in designing a form and not very savy in creating macros etc.
Can someone help me on creating a list box in design a form in outlook.
Ive been looking through help assistance for two days and have come to the
conclussion that I am just not looking in the right area and cannot find a
solution.
