How do I create a mail merge in Word 2003 with a separate header .

The word 2003 mail merge doesn't allow for creating a mailmerge document with
a separate header source and data source. The wizard limits you to only
letters and envelopes even though all the Microsoft online help sources say
you can do it. None of them tell you how.
Anybody have any idea how to do this?

Thanks.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?d3JvdWdodCduIHdvcmQ=?=,

Mostly, you can do it using the older Mail Merge Helper interface. Some things
may not work quite the same, but it's worth a try. Instructions on how to get
back the older commands are in the mail merge FAQ on my website, in the section
on Word 2002/2003 (end of the list)
