How do I create a marcro using "Find/Replace command off the file

I'm trying to create a macro that will automaticlly find a certain record and
replace it with a certain text. In older verisons of Access I could use the
"DoMenuItem"and use the find and replace options. I can't seem to figure it
out doing the runcommand. HELP.......
