How do I create a new Organization Chart Style in the Gallery?

Product: Word 2003

I want to create my own style to add to the Organization Chart Style
Gallery, so that my team do not have to manually apply our company colours
and styles to org charts that they create.

An an alternative, I thought of using macros - but I cannot access the
Organization Chart toolbar when recording a macro.
