How do I create a new Special Fold in publisher?

I work for a school and want to create a stapleless book option in Page Setup
so my students can create wonderful stapleless books. It is similar to the
Side-Fold Card option.
The page is Landscape and 8 pages are printed on each page with the fold on
the left. The pages are laid out beginning with page 1 in top left corner
(upside down) and continuing counter-clockwise on the page.
Pages 1, 8, 7, 6 are printed above the fold upside down.
Pages 2, 3, 4, 5 are printed below the fold rightside up.
I would also put a light dashed line on the fold above pages 3 and 4 as a
guide for cutting the paper before folding.
