How do I create a newsletter in Outlook?

Ask in the body of the message.

Outlook is a mailing program/PIM. It's not a word processor or publishing
application. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Corel Word Perfect, and
OpenOffice Writer are all tools to create newsletters, which you can then
send out with Outlook. See

mailings.

I am personalizing the newsletter, and basically want to be able to open,
type the name, send to one person and copy one person, and go on to the next
person by just opening a new and everything be there and i have to type names
and that's it.
