How do I create a phone call log in Outlook?

I would like to create a phone call log in Outlook, similar to the old
Daytimer 2000 phone log. Anyone have any suggestions? Of course, Daytimer
has long since abandoned their old calendar/contact manager.

no idea what theirs looked like, but have you tried the journal in outlook?
Some people use a custom Post form and type notes in the message field.
