How do I create a "Pictorial Directory"?

Would like to create a pictorial directory for my church. Fairly standard
application but cannot find any templates in Publisher or Picture it!.
Prefer to merge with a database of names, addresses, phone numbers and
pictures. Then print for sharing. Any ideas or "off the shelf" applications?

Since the data is in a database (Access?), easiest way would be to
create a Report in Access which outputs the information you want (name,
address, picture, etc.) in the format you want. Output report to paper,
then duplicate.

Don't mess around with merging into another application since it's
simply not necessary.
