How do I create a repeating table in a fixed location in Infopath

I need to insert an address that can fit a see-through envelope. The address
must be in the same location on the page after printing. The page has many
repeating sections above the address that continually change the location of
the address section. I need this repeating table to be fixed at the bottom of
the page.

If you have any control that can grow or shrink based on user control then
you can't fix the location of the another control based on that.

You can try placing the fixed controls on a second view which is used only
for printing.
