How do I create a rule that will notify you with an alert?

I am working on my asiignment "set rules" and couldn't find how to do this.
I need to create a rule that will notify me with an alert when a message
arrives that has a certain text in the subgect line. The alert should promot
me to read immediately and address the enquiry within one business day.

I can't find this in the Rules and Alerts. Does anyone have any suggestion?

I'm still back on OL2002. In its rules, you include the "notify me
using <a specific message>" clause in your rule. That pops open an
alert window on the screen with the specified message.

In 2003 and 2007 you would "display a specific message in the new item alert
window" - and you wondered why you couldn't find it right!
