How do I create a searchable database?

I would like to create something that I can add a list of all my numbered
DVD's and then be able to type in the name of the movie and have it search
and tell me what number it is...Is that even possible? Any help would be
appreciated

You can use ACCESS to do this. Microsoft has a template ACCESS file that can
get you started.

You can use Excel also. Not as in-depth as Access but usable if you don't
have Access.
