How do I create a slideshow screensaver from e-mail pictures?

I've received an e-mail on Microsoft Outlook with pictures contained within
the body of the message. There are 35 total pictures and I would like to
take these pictures and create a slideshow used by my Windows program to make
a screensaver that flips from one picture to another. Do I need to copy
these pictures individually into a Presentations folder or some other program
that would create a Windows screen saver for me?

Save them to a directory and look for the My Pictures Slideshow screensaver.
