How do I create a small sign 14 x 11 inches?

Hi All,
I'm new to Publisher 2007 so please forgive if this is a dumb
question.

I'm trying to create a sign using 8x11 paper - If I follow the default
selections in Pub 2007 and do a print preview
it show my sign divided into 4 parts. How can I do this with 2 part?

So 2 sheets of 8x11 printed portrait would be enough to create my
single 14x11
