how do I create a Table of contents for a section only?

I am trying to create a table of contents that will just list the numbers for
one section. I have a title page and the page with the TOC on it in one
section, and the rest of the document in another. I want the TOC to just
show the headings in the second section, but it wants to show both. How do I
get the TOC to ignore the first section? Thanks.

Select your section;
Bookmark it: Insert > Bookmarks...;
Select your TOC;
SHIFT-F9 to show the code;
Just before the closing "}", add a "b" switch: \b YourBookmarkName
F9 to update the ToC and to hide the code.
