How do I create a template with subpages?

Hello,

I have just installed OneNote 2007, and am very impressed with it.

In one of my notebooks, I would like to create the same entry each time.
This consists of a a page with two subpages connected to it. I created the
page and two subpages, and then from "Page Setup", used the option "Save
current page as a template".

This works, in the sense that now, on Templates window, my template now
appears inside "My Templates". I also chose the option to use this template
for all new pages created in this section.

Going back to Section window, this now appears to work, in the sense that
the template appears in the list when the the chevron next to "New Page" is
clicked. However, when I select the template, only the main page is inserted
- the two subpages are not inserted.

Did I miss something, or are subpages not automatically associated to the
main page?

Many thanks,
Paul

No, you did not miss something.
What you want to achieve can not be done with templates.

P.S. When working with temoplates (I for one use hardly aby) you might
benefit from the "Template Manager" PowerToy.
