I don't quite follow your example. There are many months wherein Friday
is the 3rd day of the month (e.g. Dec '04, Jun '05, etc.). And assuming
a normal 5 day workweek, the following Monday would be the 4th working
day. However you did mention "fiscal month". If by that you mean that
you need a calendar with non-standard months (e.g. 4-4-5 accounting
months), no version of Project is set up to handle that scenario
directly. It can be handled by using VBA and exporting the desired data
in accounting month form to another application (e.g. Excel), but
accounting month data cannot be set up directly in Project (at least not
easily or conveniently).
