how do I create an access database from a visio diagram

I am new to Visio. It appears to me that since you can create a Visio model
from a database, you should be able to to create a database from a visio
database diagram since all the information needed for the database is there.

you have to use the version of visio that comes with vs.net enterprise
architect edition.
