How do I create an arch of text in PwrPt Vista

I'm creating a logo and want to curve text in an arch above and an arch below
the logo making a circle.

Do you mean PowerPoint 2007? If so, use the text effects -> transform ->
arch up/down settings on the Drawing Tools format tab (only appears when the
text/textbox is selected).
