Use the Insert, Symbol once to get the character code.

The go to Tools, Autocorrect Options. In the Replace box enter some
combinations of characters that you are unlikely to use normally such as:
(?) {but you can choose your own}. Then in the Replace with box enter:
Alt+191 {the character code for the inverted question mark using the
numerical keyboard}. Then click on Add.

Now, if you have autocorrect active, each time you type the character
combination your selected, you will get the inverted question mark.

You can use the procedure to add a key combination to autocorrect for any
symbol that you frequently use.
