How Do I Create an Organisational Breakdown Structure in Project?

I am looking to create an OBS (Organisational Breakdown Structure) in
Microsoft Project. Is this even possible?

Project is for scheduling tasks in a project. It is not suited for an OBS at
all though you could create something using the Network Diagram. Try using
Word's OBS tool.
