How do I create an Undisclosed Recipient distribution list

I see the words [undisclosed-recipient] in the To: field of some emails.

How does this work?

Define a contact name "Undisclosed Recipients" which has your own e-mail
address. Put that contact in the To field. Put your recipients in the
Bcc field.

Some anti-spam filters and some user-defined rules will identified
e-mails with "Undisclosed Recipients" as spam because spammers used to
do that awhile ago.
