Does anybody know how to create a check form in Access that will print the
information on preprinted checks. The information will be imported as a csv
file...the name, address, and amount etc.

The book "Access 2000 Programming Weekend Crash Course" by Cary Prague
(president of Database Creations) et al published by TDG Books uses the
CheckWriter 2000 database as the main sample database for the whole book.

You may like to get this book and use this sample database and you can learn
how to customise it at the same time.

I am not sure whether this is the same as the commercial CheckWriter
application or not. My guess is that the structure will be similar but the
commercial version is more "polished".

If you are game to just refer to the code without the book, get the source
here: http://www.eofficeonline.com/crashweb/downloads.htm
