How do I create check boxes and click to mark in InfoPath 2003?

I would like to create an InfoPath form where I can insert check boxes and
click the actual box to mark it with a check mark. Please help.

This is pretty basic functionality, add a reapeating table to your form then
insert check box controls in the cells this will allow the user to insert
multiple rows of data and check the nessacary check boxes.
Alternatly if you don't want to use a repeating table you can use an
optional section to insert a single set of check boxes when required
