How do I create custom footers in OneNote?

Custome OneNote footer?

Is there a way to do this? All I see are some stock-given options and can't
find a place for a custom footer.

I assume that you refer to the "Footer" listbox in the preview (File |
Page Preview).

Unfortunately these are the only choices.
