How do I Create custom templates for One Note

I need to create custom forms for use with One Note. Complete with special
fields aced special text boxes. Any and all ideas are welcome.

There are a lot of templates for OneNote already available for free and the
professional versions on the Internet, Glenn. You can try doing a search in
Google, and come up with a lot of very usable items. Also check

for pre-built templates, or if you're looking for a specific program which
uses OneNote, Tablet PC MVP Fritz Switzer has those on his web site:
