How do I create gears in Visio?

I need to create a gear shape in Visio. This is just for a presentation, so
the dimensions are not critical. I would just like to create a simple 12-20
tooth spur gear. I was astounded to find that there were no shapes for gears
under Mechancial Engineering. Any one have ideas?
